Platform Rules and Usage

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and 999h555 ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") in relation to your use of the website at 999h555.pro, including all games, betting markets, promotions and any associated mobile application.

By registering an account, accessing any game, placing a bet, making a deposit or using any other feature of the 999h555 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Account Eligibility

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances being voided.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes:

• Keeping your password, PIN and any two-factor authentication details strictly private.
• Logging out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying 999h555 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else.
• Ensuring that all personal and payment details on your account are accurate and up to date.

999h555 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any point. This may include a copy of a CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification, along with proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 999h555 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed at the cashier at the time of each transaction.

Deposits Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited within seconds during normal operating hours. Bank transfers and Raast payments are generally processed the same day. Deposits are only accepted from payment methods registered in your own name.

Withdrawals Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Where possible, withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. • Deposits made using funds that do not belong to you are strictly prohibited.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals or fraudulent deposit attempts will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified account. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held until KYC is complete.
• In cases where a bonus has been claimed, the associated wagering requirement must be completed in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Certain games — typically live casino and sports betting — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.

6. Sports Betting Rules

• Bets placed after the official start of a match or event — where in-play betting is not offered — will be voided and the stake returned.

• 999h555 reserves the right to void any bet where it is evident that the outcome was known to the bettor at the time the bet was placed, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds applied to your bet.

7. Games & Casino

999h555 offers a broad game library including slots, live casino, crash games, fishing games, table games and bingo. All games on the platform are provided by third-party game suppliers. The following terms apply to all casino and game activity:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical actions of a live dealer. 999h555 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, the round will be settled according to the game supplier's standard policy. In most cases, incomplete rounds are either completed when connection is restored or voided with the stake returned.
